GAMEPLAY

– The player takes turns moving around the board clockwise, starting with Player 1 – On a player’s turn, they follow these steps:

1. Roll a six-sided die to determine their movement.
2. Move their token along the board by the rolled number of spaces.
3. Follow the instructions on the space they land on
4. If it’s an Income space, an Income card is drawn and added to their income in their budget sheet, and any other extra info is presented to the respective player.
5. If it’s an Expense space, an Expense card is drawn and added to their expense in their budget sheet, and any other extra info is presented to the respective player.
6. If it’s an Event space, an Event card is drawn and added to either income or expense, depending on the event in their budget sheet, and any other extra info is presented to the respective player.
7. If it’s a Mystery box, it affects income or expense depending on the player’s decision.
8. Players can save the balance in their account to match their savings goal
9. Players continue taking turns until someone accomplishes their Savings Goal. The first player to achieve their goal wins the game.

GAME GOAL

– Encourage players to discuss their decisions and financial choices with others during the game.

– Emphasize the importance of saving money to invest later and setting financial goals.

– Provide real-life examples and anecdotes to illustrate financial concepts.

– Discuss the consequences of poor financial decisions and how to recover from them.
